Suitcases Aren’t Just for Vacation!

If you are storing suitcases in your bedroom closet, don’t let that space go to waste. Consider storing clothing items in them. Whether they’re things you wear a lot, or they’re pieces you wear on occasion, using your suitcase to store clothing or accessories in small spaces is a great idea!

Color Coordinated Clothes

While this sounds like it might not actually help make more room in your small closet, keeping your clothes color coordinated will make it easier to plan your outfits and see what you have. This also prevents you from buying new clothes you don’t need, which then prevents your closet from becoming too cluttered! See what we did there?

If You Don’t Use It, Lose It

With small closets, there isn’t enough space to hold onto extra clothing that you don’t use or wear. This applies to accessories like scarves and jewelry, too. When you find clothes that no longer fit, or accessories that don’t match your style, donate them to us! Contact ClothingDonations.org, and we’ll swing by to pick up your donation so you can keep organizing!

Eye on the Prize!

Keeping your home organized all year isn’t easy. Creating small incentives as you work toward your goal can help you stay on track. Whether your incentive is to buy a new painting for your living room, or is completely unrelated to your home (maybe it’s buying a new outfit or treating yourself to a nice dinner), you’ll stay motivated to stay organized all year long!
